MaRc stands for Multiple Access Reservation Centre and is a reservation and customer relationship management system created for use in restaurants – either stand- alone operations, restaurant groups or Hotel dining operations.

The core value-add lies in is its open technology design, based on the power of Microsoft’s SQL server technology. MaRc can run on a personal computer and may either be hosted on the host’s internal server or on the eat2eat corporate server.

Restaurants are not required to purchase proprietary hardware normally required for F&B systems and MaRc may be integrated with existing databases maintained by operations with the restaurant/hotel.
